Trinity MMA has had an exciting month!
A few of our team members had the opportunity to attend an inter-club sparring night. The night provided an opportunity for our members to spar against new opponents and test their skills.
Trinity MMA fighter and Assistant Coach Mike Turner featured in September’s “Fight! Australia” magazine. Thank you to Fight Australia and journalist Neil Rooke for publishing the article discussing Mike and his recent fight at MMA Down Under 7.

You know you've made it when you're printed half naked in a magazine at the newsagency! Seriously though, thanks to Fight! Australia and @neil_rooke for the opportunity. They were even kind enough to save Connor McGregor some space in my issue! #FirstOfMany #KeepHustling #Kaboom
Join us for training!

An article by MMAKanvas detailed the likelihood of a UFC event being held in Adelaide next year.
UFC Director of Operations (for the region), Tom Wright, stated that 2 or 3 events are planned in Australia for 2015. Adelaide is being considered as one of the cities to host an event.
Tom Wright also shared that the UFC is working to overturn cage bans in Victoria and Western Australia. If discussions with state governments fail Wright said “…maybe we have to go to Canberra, and do something on a federal basis”. Wright is optimistic after his discussions with state Labor ministers in Victoria, and expects if they win the state election this November, that a stadium show in Melbourne is likely.
